Auto Custom Glass guarantees all workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle. If any defect in our installation or the glass product occurs, contact us and we will make it right.
What Is Covered
- Windshield Installation — Lifetime workmanship warranty
- Back Glass Replacement — Lifetime workmanship warranty
- Vent glass and quarter glass installation
- All glass product defects from our suppliers
Stress Crack Coverage
For any stress cracks that appear after installation, we provide a 14-day warranty from the date of installation, so long as there are no chip marks or other signs of impact along the cracks. Stress cracks originating from pre-existing chips or road damage are not covered under this warranty.
Adhesive Cure Period
After windshield installation, you must wait 24–48 hours before driving your vehicle. This allows the urethane bonding agent to fully cure and provide proper collision and rollover protection.
We use adhesive products that meet all federal safety standards (FMVSS 212). The cure period is critical to the structural integrity of the installation — do not shorten it.

If you believe you have a warranty issue, please contact us as soon as possible:
Please have your original service receipt available. We will inspect the installation and, if covered, complete all necessary repairs at no charge to you.
